Irving Paper Announces Price Increase
Please be advised that Irving Paper will increase its prices of Irving SCA, Irving SCB, Irving Radiance (SCA+) and Irving Opulence (SCA++) for the US and Canadian markets, effective with all new and existing orders shipping on and after May 1, 2018. This increase affects all basis weights.

Norske Skog extends exchange offer deadline and postpones quarterly report
The Board of Norske Skogindustrier ASA has decided to extend the consent deadline for the ongoing recapitalization transaction and to postpone the publication of the second quarter financial report from 13 July until 23 August. The consent deadline has been extended from 12 July until 31 July 2017 (at 23:59 New York time). Norske Skog will use the period prior to the new expiration deadline to continue discussions with various creditors regarding its ongoing efforts to achieve the transactions contemplated by the exchange offer and consent solicitation memorandum. The Parent's Board of Directors will continue to follow and evaluate the situation thoroughly during such period. Resolute Announces Labor Agreement-in-Principle with Seven Canadian Pulp and Paper Mills
Resolute Forest Products Inc. announced that it reached an agreement-in-principle for a four-year labor agreement with the Unifor union, representing most of the hourly employees in the company's Canadian pulp and paper operations. The agreement-in-principle is subject to member ratification. The master agreement covers seven of Resolute's pulp and paper mills in Canada: the Dolbeau; Gatineau; Kénogami; Saint-Félicien and currently indefinitely idled Amos and Baie-Comeau facilities in Quebec; and the Thunder Bay operation in Ontario. The collective agreement covers approximately 700 employees. The details of the agreement are confidential until union leadership presents its terms to members in the coming days.
