Why You Should Support the PACK Act

Two critical pieces in the current version of the PACK Act must remain:
1. The PACK Act would stop additional states or new states — any state — from having different language related to recyclable, compostable, and reusable claims.
2. If a company chooses to use recyclable, compostable, or reusable claims, they will need third-party certification to substantiate that claim.
