Shein expands U.S. fulfillment network with 737,000-square-foot Indiana warehouse

Less than two weeks after Shein’s initial public offering in Hong Kong, the online marketplace that made its name in fashion opened the doors to a new warehouse in Lebanon, Indiana.

Shein’s latest distribution warehouse in the U.S. measures 737,000 square feet, according to the company’s official announcement. The heavily automated facility marks an expansion of Shein’s presence in Indiana, where Shein now claims to occupy more than 2.5 million square feet in total.

The warehouse will be responsible for creating “hundreds of new jobs” in the area, according to Shein. Its official count includes 1,300 employees already working in Indiana. As it begins operating, Shein expects that the location will support future growth while improving the company’s fulfillment capabilities.
