We expect the US Postal Service to file for an across-the-board rate change in monopoly postal products with the Postal Regulatory Commission this coming Thursday afternoon. Rate hikes are expected to average about 5%. Upon PRC approval, you can expect a July 12th implementation date.

Your Devices Are Listening to You,” the Cox Media Group (CMG) Local Solutions division wrote on a website (now archived) touting “active listening” technology. “With Active Listening, CMG can now use voice data to target your advertising to the EXACT people you are looking for.”
