Mike Graves
Mike is the CEO of MIDLAND, a position he has held since 2018. Prior to that, Mike served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Under his leadership, MIDLAND has become one of the premier paper and packaging distribution companies in North America. Mike has served on several industry advisory boards and is a proud recipient of the prestigious ‘Stanley O. Styles Industry Leadership Award’. Mike serves on MIDLAND’s Board of Directors.

Christopher Deletto
Christopher is the CFO of MIDLAND, a position he has held since 2025. Prior to that, Christopher served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Development where he developed and led MIDLAND’s acquisition strategy. Today, Christopher has ultimate financial responsibility for the organization, overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the company’s fiscal health and strategic growth. Christopher serves on MIDLAND's Board of Directors.

Jim O'Toole
Jim is the EVP of Sales and Marketing, a position he has held since 2018. Prior to that he served as the President of MIDLAND National, one of MIDLAND’s largest divisions. Jim currently oversees MIDLAND National and the company’s consulting businesses which specialize in direct mail marketing, corporate branding, and creative services. Jim serves on MIDLAND’s Board of Directors.
